James Harrison
President/CEO
Jim Harrison joined Onpoint Health Data in 2008, taking the lead during a period of robust growth and rapid adaptation to changing client needs. A proven leader and team builder, Jim came to the job with 20 years' experience in healthcare management, serving previously as CEO for PrimeCare Physician Associates, a large multi-specialty group in southern Maine.

Jonathan Harvell
Vice President of IT and Administration
Jon Harvell joined Onpoint Health Data in 2005 to head our Information Technology division, taking the lead in building a state-of-the-art database management system and infrastructure. Jon oversees the development, maintenance, and reporting of statewide claims and discharge databases, a niche of Onpoint Health Data. A Maine native and former classroom teacher, Jon has been supporting hospital information systems users and overseeing healthcare IT projects for more than 10 years.

Gary Cattabriga
Director of Data Applications and Quality
Gary Cattabriga joined the MHIC in 2009 to lead our data applications and quality initiatives. Gary has more than 25 years' experience in project management, software and hardware design, and total quality management across diverse industries and applications. Gary's areas of expertise include health data analysis and reporting using business intelligence and other tools, medical claims data warehousing, web-based claims analysis applications, and design and implementation of automated process control equipment.

Anna Dawkins
Director of Finance
Anna Dawkins joined Onpoint Health Data in 2009, bringing the necessary know-how and creativity to adapt our financial operations to our fast-paced growth. Anna is a seasoned financial management professional with many years' work in accounting and financial analysis roles. Prior to joining Onpoint Health Data, Anna spent three years with PrimeCare Physician Associates as Finance Director and five years with Sweetser as Financial Analyst.

Terese Danowski
Director of Health Data Services
Terry Danowski became Onpoint's Director of Health Data Services in 2009, bringing extensive administrative experience and a strong background in provider billing/reimbursement and systems selection/implementation. Terry provides lead support for Onpoint's claims and hospital database clients, manages our data intake process to ensure quality and timely submissions, and oversees the deployment of Onpoint's technical solutions, including Onpoint CDM. Terry previously served as the top non-physician professional at Maine Neurology, where she oversaw all administrative functions for the multi-provider specialty practice, including the deployment of their electronic medical record system.

Karl Finison
Director of Health Services Research
Karl Finison has been an integral member of Onpoint Health Data's research team since 1992, earning widespread recognition for his expansive knowledge and incisive analyses. Karl has helmed much of Onpoint Health Data's research and authored many of our reports. His areas of expertise include statistical analysis, health utilization and costs using administrative claims, hospital inpatient discharge and outpatient reporting, and SAS.

Anand Ginka
Director of Information Technology
Anand Ginka joined Onpoint Health Data's Information Technology department team in 2008. Anand's experience spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, biotech, and Information Technology. He has extensive experience with the entire systems integration cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing. His areas of expertise include strategy and technology development for application integration and business intelligence, software architecture and design, and IT service and operations management.

Gloria McCann
Manager of Health Data Services
Gloria McCann began working at Onpoint Health Data in 1979. She now manages both our data collection process and the team handling clients' day-to-day operational questions. Gloria's areas of expertise include client interface, claims and hospital data, the maintenance and updating of reference files, and our Onpoint CDM solution.

Suanne Singer
Senior Consultant
Suanne Singer began her distinguished career at Onpoint Health Data in 1979. Arriving as a systems analyst, Suanne retired nearly 30 years later after serving as the organization's president for several years. Along the way, she oversaw a major expansion of Onpoint Health Data's technical infrastructure and led our development of the nation's first all-payer, all-setting health and dental claims databank.

Daniel Mingle, MD
Clinical Consultant
Dan Mingle, MD, MS, has been a member of the Maine healthcare community since 1980, specializing in healthcare improvement and healthcare informatics. Dr. Mingle is a regular consultant with Onpoint Health Data, providing clinical guidance to our staff on projects and workgroups and evaluating the clinical relevance of data and specific reporting approaches. He served on the faculty and as assistant medical director of Maine-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency. He also served as director of electronic medical records (EMRs) at MaineGeneral Medical Center, where he helped win and administer federal grant funds for EMR implementation and regional healthcare improvement. Dr. Mingle was one of nine recipients of the Healthcare Informatics 2008 Innovator Awards.
