Janice Bourgault serves as Onpoint’s Senior Director of Process and Product Development, joining the organization after working for a large health system in Maine where she oversaw provider billing, EMR deployment, and practice management application support. With more than 30 years’ experience in healthcare data and information technology, Ms. Bourgault oversees product development, defining customer needs with the input of key stakeholders and translating them into viable, innovative products that ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery. Her work encompasses oversight of data integration processes, including Onpoint’s patient and provider identity resolution processes, and a growing suite of analytic enhancements that advance the usability of Onpoint’s data products. Ms. Bourgault is a subject matter expert in provider billing and adjudication standards and product management.
Prior to joining Onpoint, Ms. Bourgault served in multiple financial management, information technology, and provider billing roles.
