Jim Harrison serves as Onpoint's President and CEO, leading the company during a period of robust growth and rapid adaptation to changing client needs. A proven leader with more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare management, Jim served previously as CEO of PrimeCare Physician Associates, where he led the successful growth and integration strategy for a physician-led multi-specialty group in southern Maine; guided the development of a physician-hospital joint venture arrangement for Miles Healthcare and community physicians; and served as Operations Manager and Financial Analyst for Tufts Medical Center.

Director of Client Services
Janice Bourgault serves as Onpoint’s Director of Client Services, joining the firm after working for a large health system in Maine where she oversaw EMR deployment, application support, and reporting. With more than 30 years’ experience in healthcare data and information technology, Janice oversees data quality control and validation across all of Onpoint’s clients, ensuring the consistent validation of data from various data streams and providing training and support for both internal and external data users. Janice also provides in-depth oversight of Onpoint’s master patient and provider indices, including ongoing review and certification of applied attribution and consolidation methodologies.

Director of Financial & Administrative Services
Anna Dawkins serves as Onpoint's Director of Finance, bringing the necessary know-how and creativity to adapt our financial operations to our fast-paced growth. Anna is a seasoned financial management professional with many years' work in accounting and financial analysis roles. Prior to joining Onpoint, Anna spent three years with PrimeCare Physician Associates as Finance Director and five years with Sweetser as Financial Analyst.

Director of Analytic Development
Karl Finison has been a core member of Onpoint’s research team since 1992, earning widespread recognition for his expansive knowledge and incisive analytical work. For many of Onpoint's larger reporting initiatives, Karl provides guidance on statistical analysis, health utilization and costs using administrative claims, hospital inpatient discharge and outpatient reporting, and SAS. He is currently providing analytic leadership for the VT Blueprint for Health and the OH-KY Comprehensive Primary Care advanced medical home initiatives, the Access Health CT consumer transparency initiative, and the MN Department of Health’s pediatric care variation study.

Jeff Stoddard, HCISPP
Chief Information Officer
Jeff Stoddard serves as Onpoint's Director of Information Services, overseeing our production systems, extract and reporting systems, and information technology teams. Jeff also spearheads multiple system redesign initiatives, including development of Onpoint's Business Intelligence solution. He previously played key roles at both Health Dialog (Portland, ME) and Arcadia Solutions (Burlington, MA), and brings a strong background in health data integration and reporting systems development and a track record of effective team leadership and technology project management.

Manager of Data Operations
Gloria McCann began working at Onpoint in 1979. She now manages both our data collection processes and the team handling clients' day-to-day operational questions. Gloria's areas of expertise include client interface, claims and hospital data, the maintenance and updating of reference files, and our Onpoint CDM solution.

Suanne Singer began her distinguished career at Onpoint in 1979. Arriving as a systems analyst, Suanne retired nearly 30 years later after serving as the organization's president for several years. Along the way, she oversaw a major expansion of Onpoint's technical infrastructure and led our development of the nation's first all-payer, all-setting claims databank for a large business coalition in Maine.

Lisa Dulsky Watkins, MD
Lisa Dulsky Watkins, MD, brings 25 years’ experience in the fields of healthcare delivery, policy development, and reform implementation to Onpoint’s Analytic Services team. As Onpoint’s Clinical Advisor, Dr. Dulsky Watkins provides guidance to our staff in the areas of product and service development in support of health reform initiatives and in the efforts to integrate clinical and claims data. She is a former primary care pediatrician in Vermont; the former Associate Director of the Vermont Blueprint for Health at the Department of Vermont Health Access; and one of the founding members, and now Director, of the Multi-State Collaborative at the Milbank Memorial Fund. Dr. Dulsky Watkins also serves on a number of committees and advisor groups, including as a Cabinet Member of the Advocacy and Public Policy Center of the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative.
