James Harrison
President/CEO
Jim Harrison joined Onpoint Health Data in 2008, taking the lead during a period of robust growth and rapid adaptation to changing client needs. A proven leader and team builder, Jim came to the job with 20 years' experience in healthcare management, serving previously as CEO for PrimeCare Physician Associates, a large multi-specialty group in southern Maine.

Janice Bourgault
Director of Health Data Services
Janice joined Onpoint in 2009 as our Director of Data Quality & Applications after working for a large health system in Maine, overseeing EMR deployment, application support, and reporting. Splitting her time between Onpoint’s Manchester and Portland offices, Janice focuses primarily on process improvement, quality control, and report design and fulfillment. As part of her quality management role, she oversees all core data quality operations, ensuring timely and reliable claims data for both our external clients and our internal Analytic Services division. Beyond Janice’s in-depth knowledge of healthcare data, she has strong analytic skills and knowledge of reporting tools.
Education: Janice received a bachelor’s in Accounting from Bentley College and is a Certified Professional Coder.
Peter Burnell
Director of Information Services
Peter joined Onpoint in 2011 as Director of Information Services, overseeing our production systems, extract and reporting systems, and information technology teams. Peter also spearheads multiple system redesign initiatives, including development of Onpoint's Business Intelligence solution. Peter joined Onpoint after more than 20 years’ experience in information systems development and management, including database architecture and analysis, data mart design and porting, and BI tool assessment and execution.

Anna Dawkins
Director of Finance
Anna Dawkins joined Onpoint Health Data in 2009, bringing the necessary know-how and creativity to adapt our financial operations to our fast-paced growth. Anna is a seasoned financial management professional with many years' work in accounting and financial analysis roles. Prior to joining Onpoint Health Data, Anna spent three years with PrimeCare Physician Associates as Finance Director and five years with Sweetser as Financial Analyst.

Karl Finison
Director of Analytic Services
Karl Finison has been an integral member of Onpoint Health Data's research team since 1992, earning widespread recognition for his expansive knowledge and incisive analyses. Karl has helmed much of Onpoint Health Data's research and authored many of our reports. His areas of expertise include statistical analysis, health utilization and costs using administrative claims, hospital inpatient discharge and outpatient reporting, and SAS.

Gloria McCann
Manager of Health Data Services
Gloria McCann began working at Onpoint Health Data in 1979. She now manages both our data collection process and the team handling clients' day-to-day operational questions. Gloria's areas of expertise include client interface, claims and hospital data, the maintenance and updating of reference files, and our Onpoint CDM solution.
Education: Associate's science degree, medical assistant (Thomas College, Waterville, ME)

Suanne Singer
Senior Consultant
Suanne Singer began her distinguished career at Onpoint Health Data in 1979. Arriving as a systems analyst, Suanne retired nearly 30 years later after serving as the organization's president for several years. Along the way, she oversaw a major expansion of Onpoint Health Data's technical infrastructure and led our development of the nation's first all-payer, all-setting claims databank for a large business coalition in Maine.

Daniel Mingle, MD
Clinical Consultant
Dan Mingle, MD, MS, has been a member of the Maine healthcare community since 1980, specializing in healthcare improvement and healthcare informatics. Dr. Mingle is a regular consultant with Onpoint Health Data, providing clinical guidance to our staff on projects and workgroups and evaluating the clinical relevance of data and specific reporting approaches. He served on the faculty and as assistant medical director of Maine-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency. He also served as director of electronic medical records (EMRs) at MaineGeneral Medical Center, where he helped win and administer federal grant funds for EMR implementation and regional healthcare improvement. Dr. Mingle was one of nine recipients of the Healthcare Informatics 2008 Innovator Awards.
