Onpoint Launches Enhanced User Interface for Clients & Submitters

July 2019 – Onpoint is excited to announce the launch of the enhanced user interface for our flagship data integration solution, Onpoint CDM. Offering a configurable dashboard, drillable reporting, and enhanced workflows, Onpoint CDM makes it easier and more efficient for Onpoint’s clients and data submitters to stay up to date on the status of their data submissions throughout the various stages of validation and quality assurance.

The redesign of Onpoint CDM’s user interface is the result of end-user feedback, evolving technologies, and the lessons learned over nearly two decades of claims data collection, processing, and validation. The redesigned application puts key information more quickly into the hands of credentialed users so they can monitor, download, and investigate data issues to accelerate the review and approval process.

Key enhancements include a streamlined self-service variance module to address files that fail to meet established completeness and quality checks, a user-management module that enables power users to manage the credentialed members of their team, and a range of customizable reporting widgets that can be tuned to display each user’s most-pertinent statistics on the application’s dynamic dashboard.

This month’s launch of the updated Onpoint CDM user interface follows more than two years of requirements gathering, development, testing, and UAT with clients and submitters. Throughout the spring, Onpoint’s staff conducted multiple series of orientation and training meetings supplemented by one-on-one walkthroughs of the portal’s enhanced features and functionality.

The July 1 launch of Onpoint CDM leverages the most contemporary technology to put more power in the hands of our system’s end users and reinforces Onpoint’s commitment to raising the bar from a transparency, efficiency, and overall value proposition.
