About Yourself
Tell us a bit about yourself. What do you like to do outside of work? Any hobbies or hidden talents that your team might not know about?
I’m a musician and play guitar, banjo, and bass, primarily. I have played in lots of bands and genres but primarily play bluegrassy folk-rock-music. I also like to work with my hands doing almost anything from wrenching on a motorcycle to building a shed to sewing a patch on a hat.
How would you describe your role? What skills do you rely on most?
I have always thought of my role as a technical generalist. I need to be able to approach all problems and issues with the same creativity. That’s the skill I rely on most – creative problem-solving.

Managing the team is one of the most critical – and fun – aspects for me. We have a good time while supporting each other and cultivating a culture of acceptance and success. We thrive on innovating to provide solutions to problems and help others.
