Carolyne Conrad, PMP

Director of Client Services

Carolyne Conrad serves as Onpoint’s Director of Client Services, leading and managing the Client Services team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and strategic support to our clients. Ms. Conrad collaborates closely with Onpoint's other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding, ongoing operations, and client success. As part of her work, she develops and implements service standards, mentors account managers, analyzes client feedback, identifies opportunities for growth, and collaborates across our internal departments to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Ms. Conrad also has managed a broad range of client initiatives for Onpoint, including the successful implementation of California’s all-payer claims database. Ms. Conrad has more than 12 years’ experience in APCD account management and other healthcare industry leadership roles. 

Prior to joining Onpoint, Ms. Conrad provided service operations management for a national healthcare organization.
