Increased Impact through Collaboration

Our Collective Impact initiative provides mission-focused solutions that deliver insights and demonstrate the value of APCDs and integrated data nationwide. Our inaugural project – the 2025 Multi-State Behavioral Health Initiative – shows how state APCDs can help both policymakers and the public effectively explore the relationships between behavioral health, chronic conditions, and social drivers of health.

Bringing Transparency to Health Data Analytics

Our Open Solutions initiative reflects our commitment to transparency in an industry where opaque, black-boxed methods can limit public trust. By removing traditional barriers to analytic tools, we’re empowering the health data community to collaborate more effectively on shared challenges and solutions.
